    • For Singapore:  Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), the Singapore Police Force (SPF), the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), or other relevant agencies.

    • For Australia: Department of Home Affairs, Australian Federal Police, various State-Level Police Forces/Agencies, various state-level Migration departments, various English testing agencies, and various skills assessing authorities. 

  • Third-Party Service Providers: Legal professionals, IT service providers, payment processors, and any other entities who support our business functions.

  • As Required by Law: To comply with legal processes such as court orders or regulatory investigations.

  • With Your Consent: Where you have authorized us to share your data with specific third parties.
